Returns & Exchange Policy
At Hair Religion, we want you to be happy with your shopping experience with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for absolutely any reason, within 30 days of purchase, you can return it to us for a refund, less a 15% re-stocking fee (not applicable on defective merchandise). All non-defective returns must be in the original packaging and in new condition. For the refund, any and all returns will need to include the original packaging, all manuals and accessories. All returns will be inspected upon arrival.
Return Process
- If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at cs@HairReligionOnline.com. A returns representative will review your return request, and you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon approval.
- Once you receive your RMA number, pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging to ensure product safety during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the returned package, as Hair Religion LLC is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.

General Use
If your hair dryer turns off unexpectedly, press the red "Reset" button on the plug. If the problem persists please contact the customer service department.
Please make sure you clean the air filter on the back of your hair dryer, by turning and removing. Use a brush or simply remove lint with your fingers. This will ensure that the hair dryer works efficiently.
Do not twist the cord or wrap the cord around the item. Excessive heat from the item or physical strain may cause irreparable damage to the cord.
Do not leave your hair dryer unattended while in use. Please turn it off and unplug when not in use.
